Your business information should be used to provide, personalize and improve the OYE AI experience according to the purposes described in the OYE AI Privacy Policy.

We recommend that users do not provide passwords, banking PINs, OTPs, card security codes or other highly sensitive credentials to OYE AI.

OYE AI does not intend to sell your business information as a product.

Information may, however, need to be processed by trusted technology, hosting, communication, payment and AI service providers where required to operate the service.

Such processing should be governed by applicable contracts, security measures and OYE AI’s Privacy Policy.

Where providers such as OpenAI’s API are used, their business/API data policies apply. OpenAI currently states that API and business customer data is not used to train its models by default.

Where third-party infrastructure is used, the security protections of those providers also apply.

OYE AI only receives the information you share inside your OYE AI account and the interactions you intentionally have with the assistant.

OYE AI does not claim access to your unrelated personal messages or accounts.

If information must be processed by a service provider to operate a requested feature, that processing should be limited to what is necessary for providing the service and governed by applicable agreements and policies.

No AI system can guarantee that every generated answer will always be correct.

OYE AI is designed to provide useful business assistance, but important financial, legal, medical, taxation, contractual or other high-impact decisions should be independently verified.

AI providers themselves caution that generated outputs may not always be factually accurate.
